Card options: new anim, dynamic colors, hide on exit, improvements

- use a better animation to show and hide card options view
- fix options view still showing sometimes after closing the panel
and opening it again if the view was still showing before
- use dynamic colors for card options view and options items
- fix oms dark themes breaking options view color
- fix appname, appicon and favicon showing behind options view
if the card has semi transparent color
- code cleanup

- Line length is 100 not 80!!!
- Want to keep our click/touch behaviour
