Add expanded mode: disabled [1/2]

Make "never expanded" mode FaF (fast as fuc# TM)

When using Never Expanded Mode, don't load any app thumbnail and
evict thumbnails cache to make the async task way faster and lighter,
and get a smaller ram footprint.
Instead of the expand button, add a quick Options View button.

SpiritCroc edit:
- Make it work more reliable with AICP code
- Make it an additional setting to (not) allow manual expanding cards
