Cache EGLImage and VkImage used by SurfaceTexture
Reuse EGLImage or VkImage for GraphicBuffer created by SurfaceTexture. Destroy EGLImage/VkImage, when there is a new GraphicBuffer or GrContext is about to be destroyed.
