SlimRecents: add fingerprint scanner gestures [1/2]

- scroll to top or bottom with fingerprint scanner vertical swipe

- clear all apps with two fingerprint horizontal swipes:
first swipe will trigger an animation to alert the user,
one more swipe will confirm and clear all apps
