Slim recents app sidebar [1/3]

Based on the app sidebar by 0xD34D <clark@scheffsblend.com>.

Changes to the original sidebar include:
- No trigger areas, but show/hide with the SlimRecent screen
- Adapted look and animation to SlimRecent
- Longpress actions
- Slimer settings using ActionListViewSettings, also added possibility to configure sidebar size
  (roughly, as the size is adapted to the screen height in order to show full icons) and colors
- Removed possibility to add folders to the sidebar
- Queue apps to launch on recents close by swiping icons left/right

Bring back the required ActionHelper utils we had in mm, thanks to Lars Greiss <kufikugel@googlemail.com> for those.
Contains vector support for ImageHelper commit by Daniel Koman <dankoman30@gmail.com>.
