sepolicy : added bt_firmware mount changes related sepolicy

bt_firmware has been moved from /bt_firmware to /vendor/bt_firmware
and need some sepolicy changes.
which needed relabelfrom ,mount .

bt_firmware atrributes is moved from fs_type to file_type
as the new restriction will block fs_type to execute permission.
