arm64: dts: sdm845: Update Energy Model for sdm845v2
We have performed a total of 18 runs on 3 different devices using freqbench [1]. The results were then averaged to reflect this energy model. This set overall is the best representation of characteristics of power consumption at different frequencies among all runs.
