gpu/msm: adreno_sysfs: Declare a macro to store value alongwith permission

We need to store a value to a certain node and then
reset it's permission to something we want to.

The only difference it makes from ADRENO_SYSFS_ATTR_RO
is that this predefined macro sets the store attr to NULL.
