Revert "drm/msm: add affected planes during idle power restore"

This reverts commit 019142e9b797 (
"drm/msm: add affected planes during idle power restore").

This patch introduces deadlock between modeset lock and
power handler mutex lock during idle power collapse, and
is reverted as a result.
