drm/msm/dp: fix handling of HDCP 1.x read/write transactions 



Fix handling of HDCP 1.x read/write transactions by returning
an error code when the transaction fails. Furthermore, ensuring
that the read offset for the KSV fifo is not incremented in
software since the sink will auto-increment the offset after
every read.
