ARM: dts: msm: Fix interrupt configuration for PM8953/PMI8950 peripherals 



Currently SPMI-PMIC device tree nodes are configured with three
interrupt-cells, which is incorrect. Fix it by configuring all
spmi child nodes with four interrupt cells.
