mtd: Enable msm_qpic_nand driver for ARCH_QCOM

Enable msm_qpic_nand for ARCH_QCOM in addition to ARCH_MSM.
Also, do a minor cleanup in msm_qpic_nand driver to remove the
usage of non-existing config option CONFIG_MSM_SMD. The correct
config to be used is CONFIG_MSM_SMEM but the header file
soc/qcom/smem.h takes of defconfig dependencies, so qpic driver
need not have any wrapper functions for that config.
