ARM: dts: msm: Remove GPU_CC_GX_CXO_CLK clock from SDM845

This is needed because this clock is being removed from the
clock driver and will no long be controlled by any client.
The default state of this clock ensures that it will turn
ON/OFF when the GX GDSC is turned ON/OFF.
