ARM: dts: msm: Add sw-jeita configuration for mlp356477 battery

Add sw-jeita range data for mlp356477 battery module so that charger
driver would load and apply them correctly. Meanwhile, change the max
fast charge current to 4200mA because the battery module could support
1.5C charging rate at max.
