ARM: dts: msm: Add the syscon compatible string to clock nodes on SDM845v2

Since the compatible strings for the clock nodes have been
redefined on SDM845v2, the syscon string should be added
as well. Not doing so will cause the debugcc driver to fail
to probe and not add the measurement support from debugfs.
