ARM: dts: msm: Remove freq tables for l3-cpu* devices for SDM845

An earlier change makes freq-tbl-khz property optional for
simple-dev and allows devfreq framework to populate the freq
information from OPP table set for the device.
Since L3 frequency table depends on hardware versions, it is more
convenient to get freq list from OPP, so removing the optional
freq-tbl-khz for l3-cpu* devices.
