ARM: dts: msm: Add sw-jeita/step-chg setting for Ascent 3450mAh battery

Add sw-jeita/step-chg settings for Ascent 3450mAh battery so that these
configurations can be loaded in device boot up and used in sw-jeita
and step-chg charging algorithm.
