ARM: dts: msm: remove non essential clocks with kgsl iommu for sdm670

A race condition is possible in graphics driver. This is due to the
gpu_cc_cx_gmu_clk being shared by both the gpu and smmu drivers. Since this
clock is not required by the smmu driver it should be removed from smmu dt.

Removing gcc_ddrss_gpu_axi_clk and gpu_cc_cx_gmu_clk from kgsl smmu dt.
