ARM: dts: msm: change VDD_APC1 CPR regulator compatible string for sdm845

Change the compatible string for the VDD_APC1 cprh-kbss-regulator
device to explicitly define the node for SDM845v1.  This is
needed to distinguish v1 and v2 devices which support a different
number of fused corners.
