thermal: tsens: Enable monitoring watchdog

Handle watchdog interrupt from the temperature
sensor (TSENS) controller. Log the TSENS debug
ID and data dump if the TSENS watchdog has reset
the controller. The data dump provides the state
of the controller for debug purpose.
