ARM: dts: msm: Change the ldo load value for sdhc1 & sdhc2 in sdm670

In sdm670, HLOS regulator driver will directly vote for LPM mode or
NPM (Normal Power Mode) of a regulator. So the load value a consumer
in HLOS should vote for LPM or NPM is now a DT property. Update the
sdhc regulator current loads for LPM and NPM according to the values
mentioned in the regulator's DT node.
