ARM: dts: msm: Add camera shared resource support for sdm670/sdm845 



Add camera shared resource manager dtsi support.
Sometimes, the device will share same GPIOs and flash
between two different cameras, and the cameras need to
be opened at same time, need a driver to manager the
shared resource.
