ARM: dts: msm: enable SSC feature for DSI clocks on sdm845 



Enable SSC(Spread Spectrum Clocking) for dsi clocks on sdm845
with down-spread mode. This feature will reduce the interference
caused by DSI clocks on other clocks in the system.
