ARM: dts: msm: remove configuration of DBU3 vsel gpio for sdm670 



Keeping DBU3 vsel gpio in pwm mode causes power leakage.
Remove configuration of DBU3 vsel gpio to make it in
auto mode to avoid power leakage.
