ARM: dts: msm: enable hold_soc_while_full feature for pm660 charger/FG 



Enable hold_soc_while_full feature to hold SOC at 100% after
charge termination. While at it, enable the auto recharge to be
based off recharge SOC and set the recharge SOC threshold to 98.
