Always symlink self/primary to /storage/emulated 

This allows readlink(2) of /sdcard paths to work correctly
and return /storage/emulated/<userid> instead of
/mnt/user/<userid>/emulated/<userid>

Test: readlink /sdcard -> /storage/emulated/0
