Explicitly unset 'review required' bit after user review.

This fix pulls in the code from the equivalent fragment for phones. The
right fix would be to do a refactor to share more code between the phone
and the watch. But it's a bit risky doing that at this moment. So we are
going with a code duplication for now. Proper refactor+fix will happen
during the upstreaming to master effort.
