Fix A11y click fail issue when the item is clickable 

Use DocumentHolder.getItemDetails to check whether add
ACTION_CLICK in onInitializeAccessibilityNodeInfo method.

Test: Enable A11y, click items.
Test: atest DocumentsUITests
