libc2dcolorconvert: Fix flooding of message in calcLumaAlign 

Flooding of logcat message:
"unknown format passed for luma alignment number"
had been seem during running cts VideoDecoderPerfTest.
Add additional colorformat (YCbCr420SP and YCbCr420P)
to calcLumaAlign to prevent this.
calcSizeAlign function check those colorformats.
