Fix the read out for InternetTile

For the InternetTile, if WiFi is the default network, the secondary
label will either be the SSID of the network, or network availability
information. In the current code, it will add the SSID twice if WiFi is
connected, or miss the network availability information if the WiFi is
disconnected.
