Revert "Mark the module as VNDK or VNDK-SP in Android.bp"

This reverts commit 8390cd3c.

To build with BOARD_VNDK_VERSION=current, the modules have to be merged
with the postorder in dependency tree. Otherwise, soong will report
VNDK dependency error. This will be reverted and merged later.
