Add phone numbers to NotificationRecord from a cached contacts lookup

Any cached contacts lookups were not adding numbers to the NotificationRecord, meaning they were not recorded in repeat callers; this then caused repeat caller identification to fail when presented with a phone number rather than the contact lookup URI.
