[Media TTT] Adding Haptics

Adds haptics to the needed sender chip states. whenever there is a
change in chip states, there is a corresponding haptic.

Test: atest MediaTttSenderCoordinatorTest.
Test: Manual - checked the vibration while changing states through adb
commands.
