3/3 Remove SuperStatusBarViewFactory.

StatusBarWindowView now has a provider defined in
SystemUIModule.

Can we move it to StatusBarScope easily?
Can we move it to SysUI/SysUIG such that Auto/TV/Arc etc
don't have to thing about it?
