Use Singleton LocalBluetoothManager in SystemUI 

Use the Dagger created LocalBluetoothManager everywhere in SystemUI.
Create LocalMediaManager by injecting said manager.

This prevents the SystemUI package to have multiple instances of
LocalBluetoothManager
