[Partial Screensharing] Permission Dialog initial version

Replaced the current ScreenRecordDialog with ScreenRecordPermissionDialog. Added MediaProjectionPermissionDialog for third party recording (previously using a programmatically created AlertDialog). Both of these are inherited from the base class BaseScreenSharePermissionDialog.
