Display the HD icon in the Call Log
Added a new config that indicating the flag to determines if the current call should allow the high definition audio information to be logged in the Call Log. Test: manual - Verified that the HD icon is displayed in the Call Log if a codec for HD had been used during a call. Bug: 68108125 Change-Id: Id0d52f9aa018eeebe5bc42973760331b47d5c822
