OCCLUDED->LOCKSCREEN transition

Follow the same path as DREAMING->LOCKSCREEN, do a subtle fade and y
translation upon unoccluding.

Allow coroutinecontext override for collectFlow, to optimize path for
transition steps.

Gated behind existing flag (223).
