Remove the @hide annotation for the dynamic index of Settings Search. 

- Remove the @hide of queryDynamicRawData api in the
  SearchIndexablesProvider.
- Remove the @hide of DYNAMIC_INDEXABLES_RAW and
  DYNAMIC_INDEXABLES_RAW_PATH strings in the SearchIndexablesContract.
