[Unfold transition] Use DISPLAY_CATEGORY_ALL_INCLUDING_DISABLED for the overlay

Adding a flag DISPLAY_CATEGORY_ALL_INCLUDING_DISABLED
when getting display list to calculate the size
of the unfold overlay.
