[Keyguard Bouncer] Add new data flow.

Add MVVM architecture to the existing bouncer logic. Make this feature
flag enabled but true by default.

Test: Added unit tests and test behavior on device.
- Tested on Large screen and standard screen device.
- Unlock sim
- Unlock pattern
- Unlock password
- Unlock from tapping settings icon in LS
- Unlock from dream
- Sim pin unlock
- Sim pin -> sim puk unlock
- Tested with feature flag off.
