Set PreferenceThemeOverlay as preferenceTheme in Theme.SubSettingsBase 

on R.

Setting preferenceTheme is needed for using AndroidX preference, and the
S+ version of the theme is setting the S+ PreferenceTheme.SettingsLib as
well. So set the vanilla AndroidX PreferenceThemeOverlay as
preferenceTheme on R.
