Atom: Add BluetoothSocketConnectionStateChanged 

* Logs when a Bluetooth socket's connection state is changed
* A Bluetooth socket can be:
  - RFCOMM socket
  - SCO socket
  - BR/EDR L2CAP socket
  - BLE L2CAP socket
