Update string referring UDSActivity package name

During the process of removing NTAD in Android P, this Activity is moved
from NTAD into SetupWraith (ag/3565861); thus, update the package name
in this file.

Test: Blocked by b/72880537. Considering the benefit of merging this CL
and the very low risk, we'll skip the test for now and come back later
once the blocking bug is fixed.
