Rename methods that take caller identity

Rename:
getProfileOwnerOfCallerLocked -> getProfileOwnerLocked
getDeviceOwnerOfCallerLocked -> getDeviceOwnerLocked

Since these methods take in a CallerIdentity and do not actually
return the PO/DO of the caller.
