Couple autofill fixes.

- Fixed PFLAG3_NOTIFY_AUTOFILL_ENTER_ON_LAYOUT value - it was overlapping with
PFLAG3_ASSIST_BLOCKED.
- Added missing permission on methods called by Shell command.
- Improved debugging.
