Support accessibility on embedded hierarchies (1/n) 

To support embedded hierarchies (leash):
1. Add new APIs for leashed child in AccessibilityNodeInfo.
2. SurfaceView needs to use this API to add such child when
   initializing the AccessibilityNodeInfo.
