Prevent system crash when adjusting volume with illegal direction

The system process crashes when any of below methods is called with
illegal direction argument:
 - MediaController.adjustVolume()
 - AudioManager.adjustVolume()
 - AudioManager.adjustSuggestedStreamVolume()

This CL fixes the crash.
