unDismiss & reset translation when the row is reset

Test: manual:
1. have a bubble
2. dismiss notification in shade for that bubble (bubbles intercepts removal & entry hangs around with us)
3. receive an update to that bubble
=> check that the notification is in the shade & the bubble has a dot
