[Settings] Show accurate Enterprise networks details

There are 3 different network types that can be detected by
looking at the advertised flags. Display the detected network
in Settings to provide more accurate details, and update the
strings accordingly:

EAP-SUITE_B_192:  WPA3-Enterprise 192-bit
RSN-EAP: WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise
WPA-EAP: WPA-Enterprise

If scan results not available, display WPA/WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise
